| Feed supplement AD3E+C contains all the necessary vitamins for the development and general wellbeing of the young horse. It is suitable for foals and mares in pregnancy or in lactation. It enhances the growth and maintenance of healthy bones and connective tissues. Vitamin A in combination with vitamin D3 is essential for the proper function of bone marrow cells, the cells that are responsible for the mechanism of absorption and proper bone reconstruction. Vitamin A is essential for the composition of the collagen and ligaments as a consequence of strong tendons and strong joints. Τhe retinoic acid, one of the active forms of vitamin A in the body, can work with thyroid hormones and glucocorticoids to enhance growth hormone secretion. Growth hormone has been experimentally proven to enhance the healing process in soft bone injuries. |
